The Museum works to match lost property with its rightful owners whenever possible. Items can be retrieved in person or returned via uninsured U.S. mail at the Museum's expense, though the Museum is not responsible for the item once it has left the premises. Claimants who request items in person must provide an accurate description of the item, and if possible, proof of ownership. A signature is required for all property received.
Direct your lost and found claims and requests to jmminformation@associated.org or call 410.732.6400.
Lost items are only kept for a limited time. Items are retained for 45 days once they are turned in. After this time period items are donated.
