Author, June Hersh, will speak about her cookbook, Recipes Remembered: A Celebration of Survival, filled with stories, traditions and recipes of Holocaust survivors from throughout Europe. The book shares secret ingredients, timeless traditions and personal stories from remarkable individuals who survived death camps, displacement, years of hiding and immigration to unfamiliar places. Recipes Remembered will be available for purchase in the JMM museum shop.
