Nina Beth Cardin, the Baltimore Orchard Project and Locally Sourced Pie Making Demo

Local Rabbi, Environmentalist and Social Justice Activist Nina Beth Cardin introduces us to the Baltimore Orchard Project, which aims to plant, grow, glean and share fruit throughout Baltimore.  She will tell us about the project, how people are getting involved, and then we will have a locally sourced fruit pie-making demo (and tasting!).  Rabbi Cardin is featured in the Chosen Food exhibit, which can also be toured during the program.
